Shipping


NEW ZEALAND

 Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery of your items.

We use Posthaste or NZ couriers where available. Most packages are $6 tracked courier except for bulk items that are larger -these are adjusted on checkout.

We cannot deliver to PO box numbers. Please provide a daytime delivery address as your package will be delivered from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm. 

By default the package must be signed for when it is delivered. If you would like to opt for non-signature delivery please let us know when making your order, however please note that Best Wishes cannot assume any responsibility for parcels left without signature.

AUSTRALIA

Please allow 2-10 working days for delivery of your items.

We use Fedex/ NZ post economy courier where available. Most packages are $20 except for bulk items -these are adjusted at checkout.

Please note International courier deliveries require a phone number for customs clearance and delivery purposes, please ensure all relevant information is provided for prompt delivery.

Local guidelines apply once your purchase is in your country and may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination; these are not included in your purchase, and are the liability of the purchaser and not Best Wishes.

EXCHANGES

Please choose carefully, Best Wishes cannot offer refunds however we are happy to exchange full-priced goods that are returned in original condition with original tags and packaging. Best Wishes reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange​ if the merchandise in question does not meet ​the above​ requirements. 

Please make contact at hello@studiobestwishes.com with a brief explanation for your return/exchange before sending and making an exchange.

The ​purchaser is responsible for any return shipping costs;​ including ​local duties & taxes applicable to ​international orders. We do not refund any postal charges incurred for an exchanged product.
